ABOUT US
CONCEPT
Piko is a local style hangout where you can sit back, relax and enjoy pau hana. In reference to its meaning, “the center where life begins,” Piko brings to life the food, lifestyle and aloha we know and love in Hawaii. Think shared plates of garlic noodles, mochiko chicken, dynamite fries and bao buns in a place you won’t want to leave.
CHEFS
Chef de Cuisine Adam Kamahele has developed a creative menu that draws upon his local roots and experience as head chef at Kalapawai Cafe and executive chef of Gordon Biersch Honolulu. He has been guided and supported by our corporate food and beverage team led by Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang, Chefs Rebekah DeCosta and Nick Miguel and Corporate Mixologist, Hailey Berkey. Piko is a passion project for our team, as it brings to life the flavors and spirit of the food and drink they love.

Located on the first floor of Lilia Waikiki, below Waikiki Market, our space reflects Hawaii’s warm, easy-going lifestyle and our connection to both the mountains and the sea.
